Our portable life rescue thrower is powered by high-pressure air or CO₂. Lightweight and easy for single-person operation, it supports rapid launching. The throwing distance reaches 90–120 meters for water-based lifebuoy delivery and 120–150 meters for land-based rope throwing.

Equipped with IP66 protection rating, automatic inflatable lifebuoy and 360° adjustable angle, the product complies with GB/T 27906 and other relevant standards.

It is widely applied in flood control and disaster relief, water rescue, ship-shore emergency response and cross-obstacle rescue scenarios, delivering safe and efficient long-distance throwing solutions for global emergency rescue.

Safety Precautions for Portable Life Rescue Thrower

1. Pre-Use Inspection

   Before each use, always check the gas cylinder pressure, the integrity of the throwing rope, and the sealing condition of the rescue projectile. Confirm there is no air leakage, fraying, damage, or expiration.

   Ensure the safety lock of the launcher is in the locked position. Never install the gas cylinder without completing the pre-use inspection.

2. Safe Operation Procedures

   Never point the muzzle at people, animals, or flammable and explosive materials. Keep the safety pin engaged when not in use.

   Hold the device firmly with both hands and maintain a stable posture during launch. Do not operate in crowded, confined spaces or unprotected hazardous positions.

   Never use the device beyond its rated working pressure. Gas cylinders must be inspected regularly as specified; expired cylinders are strictly prohibited.

3. Environmental and Scenario Adaptation

   Do not launch under severe weather conditions such as strong crosswinds, heavy rain, or thunderstorms, to avoid trajectory deviation and accidents.

   For water rescue, confirm the target position in advance and adjust the launch angle properly to account for water currents and wind drift.

   In special environments such as flammable, explosive, or corrosive conditions, confirm the device’s protection rating is suitable before operation.

4. Post-Use Maintenance and Storage

   Disassemble the device immediately after use. Clean the throwing rope, launch tube, and rescue projectile, dry them thoroughly, and check for deformation or damage to components.

   Gas cylinders, throwing ropes, and rescue projectiles are consumable parts. Replace them regularly according to the manual; do not reuse damaged or expired accessories.

   Store the device in a dry, well-ventilated, and shaded area, away from high temperatures and corrosive substances, and avoid impact or compression.

5. Personnel and Training Requirements

   Operators must receive professional training, familiarize themselves with the device’s performance, operation procedures, and emergency handling methods. Untrained personnel are strictly prohibited from using the device without authorization.

Conduct regular simulated drills to master device operation and troubleshooting, ensuring standardized use in emergency situations.
