Usage Notes

1. Site selection and installation

Choose a high, flat, and well-drained site, avoiding low-lying areas prone to flooding and landslides. Assemble the Disaster Relief Tent according to the instructions, fully locking the steel frame and firmly securing the tent pegs and guy lines to prevent it from being blown over by strong winds.

2. Safety regulations

No open flames or high-power electrical appliances are allowed inside the tent to avoid fire hazards. Do not place heavy objects on the tent top, nor climb or hang heavy items on the frame to prevent deformation or collapse.

3. Environmental and moisture-proof use

Dig shallow drainage ditches around the tent in rainy days to drain accumulated water. It is recommended to lay a moisture-proof mat at the bottom to keep the interior dry and prevent mildew. Avoid long-term direct sunlight to slow down the aging of the tent fabric.

4. Storage and maintenance

Clean and dry the tent thoroughly before folding and storage to prevent mildew. Handle it gently during transportation to avoid damage by sharp objects. Regularly check steel pipes and fasteners for rust and damage, and replace damaged parts in a timely manner.
