Performance Features

1. The main housing of the Automatic Loading and Unloading Mobile Lighting Tower is equipped with a locking structure and finished with powder coating to protect all internal components. The intelligent engine management module provides comprehensive monitoring and effective protection for the engine, facilitating daily maintenance. Four vertically foldable moving casters are installed at the bottom for flexible mobility.

2. The main lighting adopts 4×1000W LED light sources, delivering high brightness and a wide coverage range with balanced long‑distance and short‑distance illumination. The light source service life exceeds 10,000 hours, making it highly suitable for large‑scale outdoor operation lighting.

3. The tower is fitted with a pneumatic lifting mast made of 6063 aluminum alloy with hard anodized surface treatment for excellent corrosion resistance, with a maximum lifting height of 7.3 meters. The four lamp heads support electric vertical flipping from 0° to 135° and 360° horizontal angle adjustment, achieving full‑site coverage with a lighting radius of no less than 120 meters.

4. Powered by a generator set, the unit can operate continuously for 25 hours on a full fuel tank. It can also be connected to a 220V AC mains power supply for long‑term lighting where municipal electricity is available.

5. Equipped with an integrated visual operation panel and manual control switches, the device features simple, safe and reliable operation.
