Structural Features

1. This product has obtained explosion-proof certification issued by national authoritative institutions. With an explosion-proof grade of flameproof type and manufactured in full compliance with national explosion-proof standards, it delivers excellent explosion-proof performance and can operate safely in all flammable and explosive locations.

2. The flameproof lamp body adopts xenon lamp as the light source, supporting instant start and hot restart. It features high luminous efficiency with a luminous flux of no less than 3200LM, 5 times that of halogen lamps of the same power, and its illuminance is equivalent to five times that of 100W halogen lamps. The service life of the bulb reaches 10,000 hours, 10 times longer than ordinary halogen lamps. Its continuous working time exceeds 12 hours. Under the same brightness parameters, it reduces power consumption by 85% compared with halogen lamps, with low heat generation for higher safety and reliability.

3. The high-energy memory-free battery supports random charging. After a full charge, the battery capacity retention rate remains no less than 85% within half a year and no less than 55% within two years. Equipped with an over-discharge protection circuit, it effectively protects the battery and extends its service life.

4. The lamp head can be fixed on the lamp body or other supports for use, or easily removed for handheld operation. It can also be mounted on a pneumatic lifting bracket for height adjustment freely within the range of 1.2 to 3 meters. The bottom of the lamp body is fitted with universal moving wheels and rail wheels, enabling flexible and labor-free movement on flat ground and rails.

5. Adopting a fully sealed structural design, the light can work normally in heavy rain conditions. The specially made alloy shell is resistant to strong collision and impact damage.
